James Whybird is another example of what Head Trainers should be in a CrossFit gym. With extensive knowledge and ability to communicate with his members, James makes training easy. With an absolute knowledge of CrossFit techniques, James is able to pass his skill onto his members in rare and unmistakable manner

Nanda Stoltz

City 4051 CrossFit Coach 2IC
Nanda joined us in 2013 after mixing elite level water polo and crossfit training together for a couple of years. Nanda is an understanding coach who loves to see people grow in their crossfit journey and given her experience she is able to get the best out of the 4051 members.

Tracey Cooper

City 4051 CrossFit Coach
Coming from a professional dancing background spanning 15+ years she changed vocations to become a PT in 2004. In early 2008 Tracy heard about CrossFit. Tried it, loved it, completed her Level 1 in September of that year. . Tracy then joined the CrossFit Seminars Team in 2010 which she loved, getting to share CrossFit with the world, what’s not love about that? Her compassion and understanding allows her to get the best out of everyone she comes across. Now a mum of 2 boys she is wealth of knowledge in training throughout pregnancy and post-partum.

Martin Scott

City 4051 CrossFit Coach
Martin Scott joined the City coaching team in 2014 and has since proven his ability to motivate members and share a vast wealth of knowledge towards training. Martin is well liked in the community and is always happy to help out any members to further their fitness goals

Rachel Price

City 4051 CrossFit Coach
Rachel Price is a Secondary Education HPE Teacher and also a fully qualified Personal Trainer. Rachel loves to jump on the gain train with our awesome members at City Crossfit during the week and you can find her by the TV watching the best AFL team around (Hawthorn) on the weekend. She has a bright and bubbly personality and this is shown across both hre coaching and training. Rachel thrives off helping members achieving their goals and hitting PB’s and absolutely loves coming to coach and spending time with our incredible community at City 4051 CrossFit.

Prascilla Cerqueira

City 4051 CrossFit Coach
Priscilla is one of our newest coaches to 4051 CrossFit. She has a wealth of knowledge in CrossFit coaching and is an amazingly fun and friendly person to train with. Prascilla is also a master of accounting with a bachelor of business administration.

Lachlan Cauchi

City 4051 CrossFit Coach
Lachlan has been involved in health and fitness for many years and has training and qualifications in Cert III fitness, Cert IV fitness, Diploma of sport and recreation and Diploma of fitness. He is an amazing CrossFit trainer that understands every members exact needs and how to achieve results.
